Article 1: Membership & Eligibility
Welcome to the Deli Beauties Rewards Program (the “Program”).
The Program is a loyalty program designed to thank our customers for their support. By creating an account with Deli Beauties, you agree to be bound by the following terms regarding membership and eligibility.
1.1 Eligibility
Membership in the Program is free and available to any individual who meets the following criteria:
- Is at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence;
- Is a resident of a country within the European Union;
- Maintains a valid email address.
The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporations, associations, resellers, or other groups are not eligible for membership.
1.2 Enrollment
Enrollment in the Program is automatic upon the successful creation of a customer account on our website, www.delicatus.be. No additional registration is required. By creating an account, you are automatically enrolled as a member of the Deli Beauties Rewards Program and you agree to these Terms of Use.
1.3 Account Security & Responsibility
As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify Deli Beauties immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that your account information, including your email address and postal address, is kept accurate and up-to-date. Deli Beauties is not responsible for any lost rewards or misdirected communications due to inaccurate information provided by you.
1.4 Membership Limitations
Membership is limited to one (1) account per individual. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Accounts are for personal use and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with family, friends, or others. Any rewards or benefits earned through the Program are non-transferable.
1.5 Violation of Terms
Deli Beauties reserves the right to disqualify any member or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Use. Any fraudulent activity, manipulation of the Program, or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program will result in the immediate termination of the account and the forfeiture of all accrued points and rewards.
Article 2: Earning Beautie Drops
As a member of the Deli Beauties Rewards Program, you can earn points, referred to as “Beautie Drops” (BD), which can be redeemed for rewards. BD are earned through the activities outlined below.
2.1 Earning from Purchases
Members earn one (1) Beautie Drop for every one Euro (€1) spent on eligible product purchases. The amount of BD earned is calculated based on the final price paid for products after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied, and before the addition of taxes and shipping fees.
Exclusions: Beautie Drops are not earned on the following:
- The purchase of gift cards
- Shipping costs and taxes
- The value of any discount or reward applied to the order
- Purchases of items marked as “final sale” or non-returnable
- Any other charges or fees.
2.2 Earning from Other Activities
Members can earn a fixed number of Beautie Drops for completing specific one-time or recurring activities.
The current list of eligible activities and their corresponding BD values are as follows:

Deli Beauties reserves the right to add, modify, or remove activities from this list at any time.
2.3 Point Accrual & Availability
- For Purchases: Beautie Drops earned from a purchase will appear in your account as “pending” immediately after your order is placed. These points will be officially credited and available for use after the statutory return period for your entire order has expired. This is to account for any potential returns or order cancellations.
- For Other Activities: Beautie Drops earned from non-purchase activities (e.g., following on social media) will typically be credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours of completing the action.
2.4 Impact of Returns and Refunds
If you return an item from an order for a refund, the BD earned from the purchase of that specific item will be deducted from your account balance. If the BD have already been redeemed, this may result in a negative balance in your account. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with your BD balance being adjusted according to the price difference of the items exchanged.
Article 3: Redeeming Rewards
Members can redeem their accrued Beautie Drops for rewards, including discount vouchers and other exclusive benefits as described below.
3.1 Redemption Values
Beautie Drops may be converted into discount vouchers that can be applied to future purchases. The current redemption rates are as follows:

3.2 Available Rewards
The primary rewards available through the Program are the discount vouchers detailed above.
From time to time, Deli Beauties may also offer members the opportunity to redeem Beautie Drops for other exclusive benefits, such as free products or early access to sales. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the Rewards page of our website, along with the specific terms and number of BD required for redemption.
3.3 Redemption Process
- To redeem your Beautie Drops, you must be logged into your Deli Beauties account.
- Navigate to the Rewards section of our website to view your available BD balance.
- Select your desired reward. This will convert the required number of BD into a unique reward or discount voucher code.
- To use a discount voucher, enter the unique code in the designated field at checkout. The discount will be applied to your order subtotal.
3.4 Restrictions and Limitations on Rewards
Please review the following restrictions carefully:
- No Cash Value: Beautie Drops and rewards have no cash value, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Non-Transferable: All rewards are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they were issued. They cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another person’s account.
- One Reward Per Order: Only one reward voucher may be applied per order. Reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes or site-wide discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Application of Discounts: Discount vouchers apply only to the product subtotal of an order and do not cover shipping fees, taxes, or other applicable charges.
- Final Redemption: Once Beautie Drops have been redeemed for a voucher or reward, the action is final and cannot be reversed. The Beautie Drops will not be refunded to your account, even if the reward voucher is not used.
- Voucher Expiration: Generated reward vouchers may have their own expiration date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of redemption. It is the member’s responsibility to use the voucher before it expires.
- Returns: If you return an order on which a reward voucher was used, the voucher is considered forfeit. The Beautie Drops used to obtain that voucher will not be reinstated to your account.
Article 4: Personal Data and the Rewards Program
Our commitment to protecting your personal data is detailed in our main Privacy Policy. This article specifically supplements our Privacy Policy to explain how we process personal data in connection with our Rewards Program (hereafter, the “Deli Beauties”).

To manage your membership, we require the following data. Without this information, we cannot create your account or provide you with the core benefits of the Program.
- Full Name: To identify you as a unique member.
- Email Address: To create and secure your account, send transactional communications about your points and rewards, and for authentication.
- Postal Address: To deliver any physical rewards, products, or benefits associated with the Program.
B. Data Processed to Operate the Program:
To calculate your points, determine your status, and grant you rewards, we must process the following data. This processing is essential for the Program to function as described in these Terms.
- Purchase History: To award points for purchases and track your eligibility for different reward tiers.
- Website Usage Data: Such as browsing activity, to understand your engagement and award points for specific actions (e.g., writing a review), subject to your cookie consent choices.
C. Optional Data:
You may choose to provide additional information, such as your date of birth, to help us personalize your experience and send you special offers (like a birthday reward). Providing this data is completely optional.
4.2 How We Use Your Data (Purposes and Legal Bases)
